UNWTO jointly organized the UNWTO Asia-Pacific Workshop on Measuring the Sustainability of Tourism with the Department of Tourism of the Philippines on 14 December 2021 and 29 March 2022 respectively, through the kind support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea.

2021 Global Golden Tourism Forum is held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea (MCST) and the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) in collaboration with the UNWTO on October 27 in Seoul.

UNWTO will organize the UNWTO Regional Conference on the Empowerment of Women in Tourism in Asia and the Pacific jointly with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Malaysia. It will be held in a hybrid format in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 16 – 17 November 2021.

The 14th UNWTO/PATA Forum on Tourism Trends and Outlook is scheduled to be held in Guilin, China from 07-08 December 2020 in a hybrid format under the theme of "Tourism Revitalization and Transformation".

The 15th UNWTO Asia/Pacific Executive Training Programme on Tourism Policy and Strategy organized by UNWTO will be held in the hybrid format in the Maldives from 05 - 08 October 2021.

The 15th UNWTO/PATA Forum on Tourism Trends and Outlook is scheduled to be held in Guilin, China in a hybrid format from 15-17 October 2021 under the theme of "Tourism and Rural Development".

The 14th UNWTO Asia/Pacific Executive Training Programme on Tourism Policy and Strategy organized by UNWTO will be held online for the first time from 15 - 17 December 2020.
