Signing ceremony: Dunhuang, China, August 2013

In August 2013, the the Chinese Chamber of Tourism, along with eight of the country´s most influential tourism corporations, signed the private sector’s commitment to the UNWTO Global Code of Ethics, in the context of the 6th UNWTO International Meeting on Silk Road Tourism held in Dunhuang, Gansu Province, P.R. China, an event jointly organized by UNWTO, China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) and Gansu Province of China. The signatories were: the China Chamber of Tourism, the China Nationalities MuseumCulture Resources Development , Hunan SAN Intel Tourism Intelligent TechnologyOL International Landscape Design (Beijing), the Sichuan Minshan Group, the Tibet Hongji Group, the Viction (Inner Mongolia) Cashmere Group, and the Yunnan Mekong River Group.
