UNWTO and Les Roches Global boost tourism entrepreneurship
UNWTO has teamed up with Les Roches Global Hospitality Management School to help new tourism businesses implement innovation to accelerate their shift towards greater sustainability. This is how the 15 winners of the UNWTO Awake Tourism Challenge experienced their participation in the acceleration programme offered by Spark, Les Roches Hospitality School, in Crans-Montana (Switzerland).

The World Tourism Organization's online learning school has launched a new course, Brief Introduction to Chinese Tourism, an open and online course to take the first steps to understanding the Chinese tourism market, as well as the geography, history, and culture of the Asian country.

Launch of the Bachelor of Science in International Sustainable Tourism
Within the UNWTO Executive Council, UNWTO and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) have launched a unique Bachelor of Science in International Sustainable Tourism.
This first-of-its-class education programme will kick-off in September 2024 and features:
