The UNWTO Academy is looking for 2 EXPERTS for a UNWTO Academy course on Tourism Leadership in Brazil, which will have a BLENDED FORMAT and will be delivered in Portuguese. The ONLINE part is to be held during the month of April (10 hours in total, dates to be confirmed) and the ONSITE part is to be held from 8th to 12th May 2023.

Experts are expected to have the following competencies:

• Have proven experience in the topic of leadership.
• Have broad international, private, and public experience.
• Be able to work and speak fluently in Portuguese - English, and Spanish are required as well, for all internal communication with the UNWTO Academy team.
• Have very good experience in teaching and training.
• Have the abilities and skills to share knowledge in an interactive and practical manner.
• Preferably, know the tourism reality of Brazil and the Latin America region.
• Preferably have a good knowledge of UNWTO's work and programmes.
• Have proven experience in using the  Zoom platform and in online education.

The experts of the above-mentioned course are expected to provide the following services, with the support and under the supervision of the UNWTO Academy:

• Prepare the proposed structure and scheduling of the assigned training programme(s).
• Develop the content and materials for the assigned training programme(s).
• Deliver the training programme(s) assigned and
• write and submit the final report(s) with recommendations.
