With input from eleven Affiliate Member organizations accross Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Rep. Korea and Thailand, this report examines the current challenges and opportunities for tourism in the region of Asia and the Pacific. Members give their opinions on how different markets are performing, what could be done to capitalize on the increased numbers of visitors travelling from North East Asia and what could be done to improve tourism cooperation between governments in the region.

The report is based on a survey carried out with the Affiliate Members of UNWTO in 2011 and is currently available in English.
