Taytay Grand Tourism Parade and Expo
In celebration of the World Tourism Day, the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal through the leadership of their very proactive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Janet De Leon-Mercado and the Sangguniang Bayan in partnership and full support of the five Barangay Captains, conducted a grand tourism parade and expo to showcase the products, services, natural tourist attractions, and to impart to the people the rich cultural heritage of Taytay as the Garments and Woodworks Capital of the Philippines. It also aims to show how these two industries has helped and became an important factor in the development of our local community here in Taytay.
