World Tourism Day (WTD) is held annually on 27 September and fosters awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value. But above all, WTD is a celebration (UNWTO press release, 2012)! So let’s celebrate it under the Acropolis, a major symbol of Greek Culture & Tourism!
