Environment awareness and painting competition for children of the Chakma Tribe

We are more than glad to continue participating in World Tourism Day. For this year, we have planned an exciting program for village children who belong to the Chakma indigenous group and live in the fringes of Namdapha National Park. The day's activities will begin with a painting competition with the topic 'nature'. This will be followed with environment awareness activities which will include a educational session on environment and conversation, tree planting in the forest of fruit producing trees and a birdwatching walk in the jungle coordinated by a professional birder. More details will be available in our website (http://www.thegreenerpastures.com) once the event is over.
