UNWTO-Lithuania E-Marketing Master Class: What’s next for the Baltic Sea tourism in a dynamic digital environment

Digital channels have driven a radical shift in customer behavior and this is no more evident than in the visitor’s relationship with a travel destination and the active role the visitor takes in shaping the dialogue with that destination and ultimately its reputation. This Masterclass will be delivered by two of the authors of the 2013 UNWTO Handbook on E-Marketing for Tourism Destinations, Jon Munro and Christian Maurer, associates of TEAM Tourism Consulting. It is designed for tourism professionals who strive for excellence in delivering truly integrated, multi-channel strategies and managing strong brands in a rapidly changing digital environment.

 

This is neither basic training nor a conference designed simply to inspire. It is a demanding programme that will be hugely rewarding and worthwhile for those willing to invest the time and effort.
