The Secretariat of the World Tourism Organization is pleased to inform the Member States that  at the kind invitation of the Government of Côte d’Ivoire, the Fifty-eighth meeting of the Commission for Africa and the 10YFP Sustainable Tourism Conference & Symposium on Accelerating the Shift towards Sustainable Consumption and Production Patterns (SCP), will be held in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, from 19 to 21 April 2016. This statutory meeting takes place on a yearly basis and gathers Ministers of Tourism of Africa, high-level officials, tourism stakeholders and Affiliate members to discuss critical issues of the tourism sector in the region.
