Current Monitoring Processes

In recent years, on the basis of rich historical and cultural resources, with the Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area as the leader, Luoyang further promotes the construction of intelligent tourism platforms at all levels, adding momentum to the development of tourism in the context of cultural and tourism integration. It is also playing a pioneering role in the construction of intelligent tourism for national tourism cities. Located in Luanchuan County, Chongdugou Scenic Area located at the east (north) of the mountainous region of Luanchuan county, Luoyang city, is exploring a new model of rural tourism development with the advantage of the natural environment, which is a pattern of “company + village group + farmers”. This practice has become an important case of rural tourism and poverty alleviation by tourism. Therefore, as one of the first monitoring objects of Henan Provincial Monitoring Station, Luoyang started long-term tracking and monitoring in 2014, and is improving the research based on the monitoring results.
