Climate Survey

Global Survey of Climate Action in Tourism

Participate to identify frontrunning initiatives

The objective of this global survey is to better understand the ongoing climate action efforts in the tourism sector and identify front running initiatives and opportunities to accelerate climate action.

The survey is addressed to tourism destinations (governments and organizations), businesses (accommodation providers, tour operators, transport providers), associations and networks.

Please note that stakeholders who are not yet active on climate action are also invited to provide inputs, as their views can be crucial to identify gaps and barriers the sector needs to overcome.

  • The deadline to reply has been extended to 7 August 2021. Replies can be submitted in English, French and Spanish.
  • It would take between 10 – 20 minutes to reply, depending on the level of detail stakeholders can provide.
  • All replies will be handled confidentially and reported in aggregate and anonymous form.
  • We recommend downloading a PDF version of the questionnaire to prepare the responses before submitting your input.
